Every order ships from Portugal. Here's what it costs and how long it takes.
Delivery costs
- Free delivery on orders over €100.
- Orders under €100: calculated at checkout.
Delivery times
- Within Portugal: 3–5 business days.
- International: 5–10 business days, to Europe, the United States and the United Arab Emirates.
These are estimates and can run longer around public holidays.
Outside the European Union
Orders sent outside the EU may be subject to import duties and taxes set by the destination country. These are charged on arrival and paid by the recipient.
If something arrives damaged
Keep the packaging and write to info@rosaeflor.com with a few photos. We'll put it right — and your legal guarantee applies in any case (see Terms of Sale).
